A fresh wind at the Max Center in Regenstauf, Bavaria: Hörgeräte Reichel´s store was converted for new momentum.

The generous, curved reception desk welcomes customers the moment they enter. The round shapes are continued down to the details and also reflected in the oval tables. Orange leather-covered chairs provide an effective contrast.

The colours and shapes are taken up again in the examination rooms, where they are complimented by a soft light blue on the walls and functional, sophisticated furniture. Frosted glass ensures the necessary quiet and confidentiality. Different sideboards - some with integrated tables, some suspended freely without a base - and full-height wall units offer sufficient storage space for equipment and information material. Additionally, the table base in the sound room is hollow to serve as subtle storage space for headphones.

The balanced colour concept with light, unobtrusive colours and the effective application of orange as an accent colour make the rooms vivid and create a friendly atmosphere. This effect is also supported by the differentiated illumination plan, which was implemented using gimballed recessed spotlights, low-voltage lamps integrated into the ceiling, as well as floor and pendulum lamps.

The floor with its light-grey wooden look makes the compact room seem larger. Contrast-coloured scriptures centred on the topic of hearing draw attention to the niche display case integrated in the wall and the consultation area, as well as to the inviting seating arrangement in bright orange.
