Bally - Shoes

Complete redesign with skill

The Maximilianhöfe were completely redesigned. A high-class shopping arcade with high-end boutiques was created. The company Bally is a tenant in this complex. Following the design created by the English design firm John Field a two-level sales area with approx. 460 sqm was created for Bally.

Most walls were constructed as drywall. Some walls were painted with emulsion paint, others clad in oak parquet.

The suspended ceiling is a plasterboard ceiling with integrated capillary cooling elements. The smooth soffit is merely broken up by the recessed lighting. The lamps are placed in "lighting trenches", which are built into the ceiling similar to an upside-down box.

The flooring features PU coating in bright white. This floor offers a jointless look. Baseboards were omitted for visual reasons.
