Biography of Marc Heikaus – managing director of Heikaus Interior GmbH and Heikaus Concept GmbH
The foundation of Heikaus Lichttechnik GmbH by Horst Heikaus in 1977 was the beginning of a now more than 30 year old track record for the family business and today´s managing director Marc Heikaus (41).
The Stuttgart born finished his business degree in 1989 and subsequently started his training with what was then Vitrashop (today Visplay/Vizona), in Weil on the Rhine. Marc Heikaus grew up as the child of a businessman. From his early years on, he showed interest in his father´s company. Whether as a 9-year old car washer or an adolescent installer. He gained his experience early on, in the trade as well as in the business area. There was no question Marc Heikaus would enter the company business in 1992 after completing his training. The 3 time father knows how to use his poised, competent and goal-oriented disposition for the success of his business.
The entrepreneur´s philosophy is probably trailblazing for the impressive company development. "Quality, service, creativity and functionality are basic requirements for a company. Heikaus furthermore stands for honesty, reliability and competence".
Again and again the Mundelsheim ventures on expanding the services offered by his company. For a long time now, Heikaus has been acting beyond purely finishing trade and project management. Since 2003 the Mundelsheim team has been developing design concepts for the retail market and administrative buildings.

Our team develops concepts which make “Shopping” more emotional, noticeable and experienceable for end consumers. Our concepts stage products with ambiance. Individual standards and needs harmonically flow into the design.
