Foundation and development of HEIKAUS Interior GmbH
1977 the company was founded as Heikaus Lichttechnik GmbH (Lighting Technology) in Ingersheim by Horst Heikaus.
1992 Marc Heikaus joins the company.
1993 repositioned on the market with new company services in the area of interior fitting. All crafts in the area of turnkey interior fitting are offered.
1995 change of name to Heikaus GmbH.
2003 Heikaus not only stands for construction and coordination,
but also for developing innovative design concepts.
2006 the Cologne branch is founded.
2007 the company headquarters is relocated to Mundelsheim, into the former yarn factory with more than 2000 mē of space.
2008 more than 35 architects/ interior designers and
project managers are employed by the company.
2009 foundation of the sister company Heikaus AG (Switzerland)
2010 repositioning and differentiation into Heikaus Interior GmbH and Heikaus Concept GmbH
Operations
HEIKAUS is a general project coordinater, store constructor and
concept designer. It develops innovative design concepts and
supervises these from the design to its realisation.
