Perfect Presentation after Conversion

The owner-managed company Harsch in Mundelsheim is specialised in high-quality interior design. It is well-established as a competent consultant for the product groups of floor coverings, upholstery and curtain fabrics, blinds and wallpapers in the Mundelsheim area and beyond. In addition to this, the company also offers a select range of lady's handbags. In April, Harsch celebrated its reopening after a large-scale conversion. The regional store construction company Heikaus Raumgestaltung was commissioned with creating a new design for the 150 square metres of sales area by owners Simone and Karsten Harsch. The current furnishing concept serves perfectly to put the product in focus and to provide a stage suitable for the product range. Many customers already had a chance to see this with their own eyes during the first weeks after reopening.

All pieces of furniture are characterised by their clear, simple design dominated by right angles, which is perfectly complemented by their white colour. Only the cash point facilities in their coffee-coloured, polished laminate materials are pointedly set off from the rest. Interior design was used carefully to turn the products presented into a part of the furniture design to make them the central element of the room. The wide product range is shown behind large sliding doors covered with cloth that can be changed according to the season, which makes quick and easy changes to the room's general look possible.

Curtains are lighted from behind and arranged in a circle to conceal the pillars in the middle of the room, and an attractive seating arrangement with a low table invites to sit and relax while assessing the goods presented. Product-specific lighting is most important for these selections. Power rail lamps are used for
spotlighting specific products, gimbal-mounted recessed lamps provide flexibly controllable light and low-voltage recessed lamps create a comfortable lighting for the room in general. The seating arrangement is emphasized by originally designed suspended lamps. The classic, harmonic combination of an elegant, dark-brown parquet floor and a medium-grey floor covering in the carpet-department makes the friendly appearance of Harsch Raumdesign perfect.
