... in commercial area Köln-ZOLLSTOCK and in direct proximity to an advertising agency is now the new home of the Rheinish Heikaus branch. At twice the old size, the new premises mirror the healthy growth of HEIKAUS.

The rooms are on the second and third floors of a rustic industrial building with a brick façade. The second floor offers perfect working conditions for up to nine employees: generous white desks contain state of the art workplaces and offer sufficient space for folders, sketches and plans. Documents that are not needed every day can be stored in sideboards of the same style. A subtle and yet effective separation of the workspaces was implemented with the light curtains between the individual desks. Thus, all employees will have enough quiet to focus on their work even in hectic times. A quick glance at the wall with pictures of already-completed projects provides some extra motivation.

The third floor comprises a roof terrace that is perfect for relaxed lunch breaks and comfortable barbecues, as well as a representative conference room. The design concept remains consistent: white furniture in straight, clear lines, grey seats and a grass-green carpet to add a splash of colour. White curtains were used here as well. They make it possible to hold meetings and presentations even during sunny hours.

A special highlight is the visitors´ waiting area. Integrated into a cosy niche and equipped with comfortable armchairs and a high-pile carpet, it radiates comfort. This impression is increased by the wall graphics showing living room or office design elements.
