Pizza Hut - Fast Food
A new style for Pizza Hut
On October 13, 2003 the new Pizza Hut Restaurant opened in Frankfurt after only 8 weeks of remodelling. Following an excellent design by the GGP architects the former Mövenpick restaurant was transformed into a modern Pizza Hut Restaurant. The new, super trendy and attractive design makes this restaurant stand out from all previous Pizza Hut restaurants.
Within just a short amount of time we executed the interlocked work. Complex fire prevention measures required an expert and quick solution, since the Zeilgalerie was built virtually without fire prevention requirements at the time. Approx. 1000 sqm of plasterboard walls were installed in straight lines and in arches. The "History" of Pizza Hut is recorded in large letters on the walls.
The restaurant floor is linoleum. Various areas are separated by round shapes and different colours. The adjoining rooms were primarily tiled in light ceramic.
The furniture was custom made for this project according to the architect´s design. Arched, laminated benches were also used as room dividers. Lacquered wooden tables as well as wooden chairs were produced, delivered and set up as free-standing furniture.
