A striking company profile following remodel

On the town square in St. Gallen, on Metzgergasse there´s now a specialised optical store which undoubtedly sets standards for the interior design in this field.

The sales area is 230 m² and spreads over the ground floor and the basement, added during the renovation. At first sight the customer is captivated by the exceptionally orderly product presentation and the consistent linear design of the furnishings that are so easy on the eye.

The interior design and its implementation are the craft of Heikaus Raumgestaltung (Interior Design) of Mundelsheim.

The product line focuses on eyewear frames with an extraordinary range of products, whereas a special atmosphere was created in the basement for the sports frames. Here the centralised eye-catcher is a natural stone wall featuring a "mountain climber" wearing RYSER sports glasses. The bright white furniture and the bright orange rubber flooring create an exciting contrast.

The basement visually satisfies with the spaciousness of its space layout and its light, friendly ambiance. The back wall of this level was again designed in natural stone and narrow, horizontally integrated shelving elements for frames help to relax the general image.

On both floors, ceiling height photomurals create visually appealing accents.

Even the register area was carefully planned into overall picture. The appealing design of the white corpus is dominated by a round corner and behind it, a signature wall with the RYSER logo breaks up the natural stone.

The perfectly coordinated lighting contributes significantly to the pleasant atmosphere of the space, with a combination of downlights, flush-mount and track spots in the area of the display window. For the first time, mainly LED product lighting was used here. The articles in the alcoves catch the eye with brilliant light.
